Rental Policies

Rental Periods

Minimum -   2 & 3 hours or 24 hours
-   (not all equipment eligible for 2 or 3 hour minimum rate)
Day Rate -   24 hours
Week Rate -   5 day workweek
Month Rate -   28 days rented out, paid for 12

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT.  For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.  Remember - We rent time.

Identification

A permanent valid California Driver License, with a picture, is required for equipment rentals.

Payment

Payment is required at time rental item is picked up. If driverís license does not show a local address, payment by credit card may be required (excluding open account customers). We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.

Deposit

Deposits vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item.

Metered Items

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hour meter time for 24 hour rentals, 40 hour meter time for 5 day rentals, and 160 hour meter time for 28 days rentals. Additional usage will be charged accordingly.

Damage Waiver

A percentage of the rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver unless declined on rental contract at time of pick-up. The damage waiver is 12%.

Availability/Reservations

Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome!

Pricing

Prices are subject to change.  Please call for price quotes.  All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.  If you encounter any operational problems, call us immediately.  No credits or adjustments will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered.

Delivery and Pick-up

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. All rental items should be gathered in a single location convenient for pickup. If you prefer, you may pick up and return your rental items to our location.

Responsibility

Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return.  All items should be secured and protected. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.

Fuel

Equipment is sent out full of fuel and should to be returned full.  A fuel charge will be assessed on the return if not full (minimum of 1 gallon).

Cleaning Fees

Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean.  A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty (minimum 1 hour).
